Trouble publishing the full figma kit as a library

Does anyone have trouble publishing the full figma kit as a library?

It seems to be so big now that it's not possible. I've made the design system adjustments and was intending to source from it from a seperate file, but publishing fails continuously.

Of course I can design inside the figma kit file but having all components visible by clients is problematic.

yeah I have found that I had to let it sync overnight. I am not sure what the solution would be here to be honest. Its dependent on network and file size.
