Issues with Backup Previews - Urgent Help Needed!

Yo Slackers! Has anyone experienced not being able to preview backups? I have an incredibly urgent client deadline and I need to copy a component from an older version of site, but whenever I click on any of the backups I just get the following. (I’ve already emailed Webflow support, but I don’t have the luxury of time to wait for them to respond):

Digerati its just one component? How complicated is the component? Wondering if just recreating it would be faster than waiting for Webflow? I know, I hate redoing shit too. Have you tried duplicating the project and seeing if you can grab backups that way? I dont know of any other things to try, to get backups to work - kind of scary that they aren't working in the first place for you....

Matt J. Thanks for your response, very much appreciated. In the end I took a deep breath and restored a backup from an hour previously, (the component existed at that point) then redid all the work I’d lost since. Lesson learnt, do not rely on backup preview functionality.
