Transferring a Site to a Client and Encountering Login Issues

Not Relume related but I need some assistance. I just transferred a site to a client and they cannot log into the editor from the dashboard. It keeps sending them in circles. Anyone deal with this issue and know a solution?

have you tried the ?edit and the end of the domain route?

Trying to get into the editor or designer? You could always instruct them to go into designer and then go into editing mode.

Yes. He tried all of those. When he attempts to log in to the editor it says he’s an administrator
He invited me to the workspace. I have access as an admin. But he doesn’t. Do I need to be out of the workspace?

Figured it out. He had to turn off website tracking
