The new HubSpot app is pretty slick. It can be a pricy CRM, but it's best-in-class for a reason.

Honestly this really simple one has been really nice and easy to work with. Not a bunch of stuff to manage and its really no-frills. I use this for my freelancing.

For our agency, we use the OpSys from The Futur.

Its far more complex and has a lot of advanced stuff in it - way overkill for freelancing but its very good.
