Tooltips in the "Getting started" menu appear to have z-height issues

A community member reported an issue with the tooltips in the "Getting started" menu of the browser-based components library, where they appear to be having Z-height issues. The community member is bringing this to the attention of the Relume team to ensure someone is aware of the UI issue.
No issue for me, personally, but making sure someone knows about this UI issue in the browser-based components library. The tooltips in the "Getting started" menu appear to be having Z-height issues. See screenshot.
