Toggling The Mobile Menu State In The Figma Pro Kit

At a glance

The community member is testing the Figma import process and noticed that the mobile menus in the navbars are open by default, which is not the desired behavior. They are wondering if there is a way to toggle the menu to be closed by default, as it is in the Relume tool. The comments indicate that the Figma kit does not have variations set up for the navbars, so the community member would need to manually hide the menu layers to achieve the desired behavior.

Hey , we just started our trial and tested the Figma import process, which is very smooth. After importing, I noticed that all the navbars have the mobile menu open by default. Normally, we present to clients with it closed and then optionally show what it looks like when opened. Is there a hidden property or group of layers in the PRO Figma kit that we can toggle so that the navbars don't have the menu open? In your Loom video showing the process, I can see that the same thing happens, so I'm wondering if we have to make those changes manually to each mobile wireframe.

In Relume, the default is to have the menu closed and you can toggle the visibility, so that's what why we were expecting to have the option to toggle it in Figma as well.

Thanks!

yeah we don't have variations set up in the figma kit for navbars so its not as simple as a toggle like in site builder, you would just hide the mega menu or menu layers.

Sounds good, wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something.
