The Unexpected File Reset: A Project Hiccup

At a glance

The community member finished their first project with customers, but just before the meeting ended, they realized the file had been reset to its status from earlier that morning. The tab was supposed to do a live update, but the dashboard shows the file was last edited 4 days ago. The community member has promised the client they will get the data back and resolve the issue.

I finished my first project with customers today, but just before the meeting came to an end, we realized that the file was suddenly reset to the status it had this morning. The tab was updated regularly and was supposed to do a live update. I have promised the client for now that I will get the data back and hope that this can be resolved. Even the dashboard thinks the file is last edited 4 days ago.
