Hello everyone, unfortunately, I have been experiencing extremely long loading times within the Relume Library for some time now. It cannot be due to my internet connection, I am directly connected to LAN and have a high download speed. I also only have the long loading times in the Relume Library, all other websites load very quickly as usual. I usually delete the cookies and cache, but the problem persists. At some point it works again for a while, but then I have extremely long loading times again.
what actions are you performing? What browser/device?
Is there a specific page or action that is loading slowly? Filters? Images? Copying?
have you tried it today? we made a change but not sure if it would effect this.
