the issue with importing color variables from a starter guide

The community member is having an issue with importing a new style guide into their existing project. They have followed the steps to import the new variables and style guide, but when they import objects from the library, they encounter a strange bug where the colors are gone and not even selectable. They have to manually reverse the color back to the parent and then select a color again. Another community member has created a new project as a test and followed the same steps, but they are also experiencing issues with the Navbar19 component, where the colors are not syncing correctly.

When using a existing site to import the current starter guide I run into the following problem regarding the color variables.

I have done these steps to import the new style guide:

  1. Wipe clean my project, deleting all variables, divs, animations
  2. Import all new variables by hand to match exactly the ones in the starter project
  3. Import the style guide

I have done this before to update to current Relume versions, but with the latest update there seems to have been a change because of the new variables. I am sure my variables match the naming by the style guide, but yet when I import objects from the library they create this strange bug. The color is gone and not even selectable. I have to manually reverse the color back to parent and then select a color again. Any ideas how to fix that?

I've created a new project as a test. I followed these steps:

  1. Create blank project.
  2. Activate Class Sync.
  3. Copy and paste all variables from the Relume Library Style Guide.
  4. Copy and paste the Style Guide.
  5. Copy and paste Navbar19 ontop.

As you can see the style guide is syncing. The background-colors for example link to the right variables.

But the Navbar19 for fails. When you inspect menu-icon_line-top you can see the color bug. This also happens with other components.
