The Component's Impact on the Navbar and Hero Section

At a glance

The community member posted about a component that is pushing down the navbar into the hero section. Other community members suggested that the issue might be caused by embedding the popup into the navbar component, and recommended placing the component under the navbar instead. However, this solution caused the menu to shrink, which the community member said did not look good. The community members discussed trying different approaches, such as reducing the text and button size of the banner above the navbar, but did not find a definitive solution. The community member mentioned they had a custom solution previously that did not have this issue, but no longer have access to that client's Webflow.

Hello. Any reason why this component pushes down the navbar into the hero section?

Looks like you embedded the popup into the navbar component, you’ll need to paste under navbar

Thanks for the help, but when placed under nav bar it shrinks the to match the menu, which makes sense but doesn't look good.

screenshot what you’re seeing

Hey @Andre Parmar This is what I see. I removed the Relume component to test and just added a Div above Nav Bar

Seems to be doing the same, but not as bad

if that’s a banner you’d like above the navbar, I’d maybe have less text and a smaller button

Thanks I'll have to check back with our team, we previously had something like this but custom that I actually built but never had this issue. Actually had bigger text than this one lol

Unfortunately that client is not with us anymore and no access to their Webflow

Would you mind sending a read-only link?
