The best way to add social media icons to your website

Hello, new here. I was just wondering why most social media icons have code embedded? I was thinking of using Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok but didn't find any component that has them. I could of course just look for embed codes but all the ones I've copy pasted doesn't seem to work. What's the best way to add social media icons from your sample components -- HTML embed if there's no other option. Where do I locate these custom HTML embeds for social media?
