Syncing global sections from relink wireframe to webflow

How do global sections carry over from Relink wireframe to webflow when pasting? I pasted a second page into my webflow site and the header and footer did not sync. What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes my "sync classes" toggle randomly turns itself off. Could that be it

I am not sure the sync classes is used for syncing components as it's definitely on and when I paste in the relume wireframes any content changes made in header or footer components on an existing page are not carried over.
