Technical details: Your monthly renewal is charged at 14:40 on the 8th, which was very close to the time you tried to change plans (14:38). Our system doesn't handle that well and we will improve this. However, please don't worry as your previous monthly payment will be credited towards a yearly upgrade when you change plans ๐
