Switching from annual to monthly billing for a pro plan

At a glance

I would like to use Relume on a pro plan on a monthly instead yearly basis. I must have incorretly chosen annual billing. Though the subscription didn't go through as the annual billing amount exceeded my credit card limit, I cannot go back and subscribe for a monthly subscription.

Is there a way to fix this?
