Setting Up Automation for Date-Based Email Reminders in Webflow

I have a form on a website that I developed where one of the field's is to select a date. Client now wants to setup an automation that once someone submits a form, 2 weeks before the date they entered they will get an email. Can this be set up with Webflow Logic or do we need to work with an ESP and integrations, Zapier, etc?

Logic won’t cover you here, you will have to use another software, Zapier for example.
