Hi Relume team!
I wanted to bring up an issue that my copywriting team has been experiencing. When we finish working on wireframes and copy, then try to exit the browser, we get a warning message from Google Chrome saying "Are you sure you want to leave while changes are still being made?"
We've noticed that when we check the File menu, it shows "Saving..." but doesn't actually complete the save process. As a result, many of us have had to exit and lose a lot of progress.
This happens periodically, and we're wondering if other users have reported this issue and if your team is currently working on a fix.
Thanks!
@Elodie Riha have you tried forcing a save with cmd + s? I have not heard of this issue before to be honest and not aware of anyone else reporting it. Are you and your copywriting team all working within the same file at the same time or?
No, we all have been working on different wireframes at separate times and on different Wifi networks. The next time it happens, I'll take a screenshot to show you what I mean!
Thanks for reporting Elodie! Like Matt said we aren't aware of this happening but we're keen to sort this out for you.
This shouldn't be the solution but in the short term you should be able to copy either the page or section you've been editing and paste that into a different project to ensure it saves.
We'll check our logs to see if there's anything strange on our end - I'm looking forward to seeing the loom!
Does yourself or the team do any offline editing?
Any changes that aren't immediately streamed back to us (which autosaves the project) should result in a toast at the bottom of the screen mentioning info could be lost. Do you know if this is appearing?
