Help Needed: Restoring Lost Updates to Personal Project File

I've had an issue where a file I was working on (in my personal space) has lost all updates to the project from yesterday. I'm looking to restore this from the last active working state (around 6pm). The file still exists, but the work done was lost/unsaved. Contacted support but as I'm waiting for a reply wondered if anyone here could help?
