Hello! I just purchased the subscription from relume, but I've encountered technical issues. I've asked in several channels here in Slack, sent an email to support, and asked 3 employees from Relume through Slack. No one is responding. Therefore, I would like to request a refund. Relume didn't work as shown on YouTube, at least not for me, unfortunately. I appreciate your assistance!
Hi Adrian, apologies for the delay. Unfortunately our support hours are generally Mon-Fri 9a-5p Central Standard Time and in some cases the rest of the team is in Australian time for answers.
I see the 3 or 4 different messages across all the channels - happy to help you out here, but understand if your final decision is a refund.
