Replicating Animations in Figma Sites vs. Webflow

Hi everyone, I have a question about building a website on Figma (Sites) using relume. I’ve always just used Webflow for development so I was never concerned, but now that I’m considering publishing website using Figma Sites, this got me curious.

The question is, for things like components with built-in interactions (e.g. Header 108: https://www.relume.io/preview?cid=uncommon-components-2/section_header108), I would have to replicate all of the animations manually within Figma Design if I were to import this into Figma and have it actually animate when published on Figma Sites, right? Or is there a way that I can enable the pre-setup animation even on Figma, just like with Webflow?

Thank you in advance!

@Ray yeah thats a great question - my assumption would be that the animation would have to be recreated within Figma but I don't even know how that would be possible in some cases.

Thanks @Matt for your insight on this. Yeah I was thinking the same thing — it’s either a lot of work to replicate the same animation, or may not even be possible within Figma Design. I think I’ll just stick with developing on Webflow for now.
