Hello, there! I wanted to reach out to see if there was a direct number to call for Relume Support? I have sent an email, but it is kinda a complicated issue regarding billing, invoices, and my plan so I just wanted to see if their is a support line instead of back and forth between emails.
unfortunately email is going to be the best approach here. We can resolve almost any issue you need via email within 2 emails.
Another option would be to record an audio clip here in Slack - you can send that to if you'd like and we can take it from there.
