Relume styleguide color scheme confusion

can someone help… ive not been studying or building for a little bit due to personal reasons but i have picked things back up and can see there is a new Relume styleguide. the colour scheme section confuses me and i dont understand how to use it, add, remove etc. could someone help? usually there is a selection of colours and you can tweak add, rename, etc but its all gone
