Relume site builder import not working in webflow

At a glance

The community member is having an issue with the Relume Site Builder Import not working in Webflow. They are able to log in to Relume, but in Webflow, the "Login" button is still displayed, and they are receiving an error message "401: {"detail":"Authentication credentials were not provided.","requestId":"cAVTRQLGS"}". Another community member suggests trying to log out and back in on the Relume website, but the original poster says they have already tried that without success. The issue was eventually resolved by disabling the AdGuard ad blocker, which was causing the problem. The community members agree that ad blockers can be a potential cause for such issues.

Hey everyone, I have an issue where I apparently can't make Relume Site Builder Import work in Webflow. It does redirect me to Relume when I tap on "Login", Relume shows me that it has been successfully linked, but in Webflow it still only shows me the "Login" button.

It also shows an error toast with the following message: "401: {"detail":"Authentication credentials were not provided.","requestId":"cAVTRQLGS"}".

i would try navigating to relume.io and logging out and then back in - then try again. Have not heard or seen this issue before so lets rule out any local issues first.

I already did that before I posted this. I tried it in Safari, Chrome and Firefox, also in private mode but without luck.

Oh. I actually found the culprit by coincidence! It was due to the use of AdGuard. I disabled it and now it works fine. If I enable it back and try to do that again it will result in the error I posted above.

okay got it - ad blocker - will add this to my list of potential things to check - thanks Khoa!
