Relume Plan Subscription and Webflow Payments

At a glance

The post asks if subscribing to the Relume plan requires also paying for a Webflow plan. The comments explain that if the community member intends to create more than 2 unpublished websites with more than 2 pages, they would need a paid Webflow workspace, such as the Freelancer plan at $24/month. It's also noted that a separate site plan would be needed to publish the site to a custom domain, which is typically passed on to the client. Another community member confirms that they can subscribe to Relume, then unsubscribe and just use the Webflow plan when the website is complete, without affecting the website. The comments also address an issue where a community member's Relume account was blocked when their friend tried to remove their payment information, even though the subscription was still valid. The community member was advised to contact Relume support for assistance with the account issue.

Hi guys, I have a doubt, if I subscribe to the relume plan, I have to pay the one in webflow too?

correct - if you intend on making more than 2 unpublished websites with more than 2 pages, you would need a paid Webflow workspace.

The Freelancer plan for Webflow at $24/mo paid monthly should suffice just starting out.

Make sure you are looking at workspace plans and NOT site plans. If you want to publish the site you've built to a custom domain, you will need to also purchase a site plan - this cost is typically passed onto the client though.

And for example if I jsut subscribe to relume once and then when I have the website done, I unsubscribe and just stay with the webflow plan, I will continue have the website

correct, once you have imported the wireframes into either Figma or Webflow, those components will not be effected if you downgrade.

Hello,

I need some assistance, and I would greatly appreciate your help in finding a solution.

At the moment, due to certain limitations with direct payments, I’m unable to pay for services like Relume, Webflow, and others myself. As a result, I have to ask my clients or friends abroad to make these payments on my behalf, and I reimburse them separately.

For Relume specifically, I asked one of my friends to pay for this month. However, when she logged into my account to remove her card information and billing address, she received a message stating that the account would be blocked, and I wouldn’t be able to edit the projects I’m working on in Relume.

I understand that you have recently increased the service prices (I wish I had paid for a year in advance at the previous rate, as I wanted to test Relume🥲), but I don’t understand why my account would be blocked as soon as she removes her card details. Isn’t it true that I’ve already paid for one month?

I want to let you know that my current subscription is valid until September 15th, so I still have some time. Before this period ends, I plan to ask another friend to add their payment information to my account. However, I’m unsure if the fee for continuing my account will be $38 or $58.

It’ll be best to email us - support@relume.io for account issues. Thanks!

I have sent a direct message to you but assumed you were too busy to check it.
I will send the email.
Thanks.

Apologies for not getting back to you earlier!

No, I totally understand there are tons of messages that you are kindly answering, helping people use Relume and Webflow to shine on the web.
