Relume library only works on desktop

Hi, I'm getting this "Relume Library only works on desktop" message and don't know why or how to fix this. Can only imagine it means 2 things.

  • I must access the Relume Library from a desktop computer
  • I should be using a Relume Desktop App.

Problem is:
  • I'm on a desktop computer
  • I can't find a Desktop App anywhere from Relume

Any tips on getting through this?

Hey , so there isn't a desktop app so no worries on that, from my understanding that'd normally show up when the window size is too small, but as you said you're on your desktop, is the browser window full width?

No, I was had split the screen on that monitor and when I enlarged the screen, it corrected itself. But this was on a 34" widescreen monitor, so the split pixel size should have been plenty wide. Not a big deal. Thanks for getting back to me and sorry for getting back to you so late.
