Christian S. okay - I have 2 or 3 others that are voicing issues from Germany. The team as looked into this and as far as we can tell, nothing on our end should be blocking or causing this.
What would be helpful is recording your screen with the console open so that we can see what errors (if any) that come up can be detected. Downloading the HAR file would also be helpful.
inspect > network > you鈥檒l see a small download icon.
Any further context into your network, any possible firewalls or VPNs, or any kind of possible localized regulations would be helpful.
Like maybe you would be able to contact your ISP and ask them if there is any reason why they would be selectively blocking resources from relume.io? And can they put it on a whitelist? I understand that it fluctuates in slowness based on time of day?
Lets work together to figure this out but unfortunately will require a bit of back and forth and some patience as its becoming clear to me that this will not be straight forward.
