@ROI Goldmine okay, apologies for the delay. We’ll get this sorted. We discovered recently that some support emails were going to spam and we’re correcting that issue and sorting through those emails now.

When can I expect a simple refund of my money to my account?

I was able to find your support request amongst 300 others but the email you emailed with and the one you provided do not have an account with us so I'm assuming its under a completely different email. We'll need the email in order to process the refund.

after some more hunting I was able to find an account and the transaction and have processed the refund - it'll take 5-10 business days depending on your credit card company. There's nothing we can do on our end to speed this up. Apologies again for the delay in your request.
