Refund request for monthly payment

Hi guys, I was charged for the whole year, when I wanted to pay monthly. I usually check whether I pay for a month or for a year. Maybe I missed something or was confused with the UI because it's really confusing, i mean this tiny toogle button on the right.....

Can you please refund and charge for a month?
