Lost Master Sitemap: How to Recover Your Work

Hi! I've just experienced all my work on a sitemap has been lost when I renamed it 'Master Sitemap' and shared it over to my Team - it then refreshed the entire sitemap - is there anyway I can get my sitemap back that I spent ages on?
