Recovering a lost project: exploring versioning and recuperation options

Hello! I have an issue with my account where I created a project for my client and the project is now gone for my account entirely. Who can I speak to to check if there is any sort of versioning or way to recuperate my project. I'm going to assume that this is a lost cause but I'm still taking a chance! (It was a Sitemap + Wireframe project)

can you email support@relume.io with the email for your account.

Also if you know about what date you think it might have disappeared?

And also the name of the project.
