Recovering a Lost AI Wireframe

At a glance

A community member created an AI wireframe with 8-10 pages, but later found that some pages were missing. The community members discussed potential solutions, including a hard browser refresh and contacting the development team for recovery. One community member was able to resolve the issue with a hard refresh, while another community member had a similar problem and asked about backup options and undo/redo functionality. The community members provided suggestions, such as using a hard refresh and contacting the support team, but there was no explicitly marked answer.

Hey there, I created a new AI wireframe which around 8-10 pages. Today I went back to the tab with that site and it seems to have lost a bunch of pages. Is there a way to revert to the original AI wireframe?

Dang! Sorry to hear about this. Let me pass this along to the dev team to see if a recovery can be done.

Can you DM your Relume account email?

Thanks!

Hey Matt its ok I found the problem.

Hard browser refresh 🙂

OH okay interesting. So maybe a caching issue then yeah? All good?

I think so its all resolved now. THanks for prompt response

Hello. I had the same problem today. I have a ai wireframe 8-10 pages but lost the 5 pages I was working on today when I reloaded after it seemed to have stalled.

Is there a backup I can do so it doesn’t happen again or a redo/ undo button that can be done if I don’t like the change or happen to have deleted text by accident? If I’m able to retrieve my previous work that would be wonderful #issues

were you able to do a hard refresh? It would be shift + cmd + R on mac or shift + control + R on windows. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can DM me your Relume project share link as well as your Relume account email and I can see if we can recover anything.

I sent you a DM thank you for your help.

Who do I contact for an account recovery. I just deleted a page by accident. #C02MS2V0FSP
