Pro membership issues and awaiting support reply

Hi! Husain here, I have been trying to use my account since a month. I have subscribed to the pro membership, yet cant access the pro features. Tried emailing the support mail twice, still awaiting reply. Please if you could help me with this.

sorry about the issues Husain. Unfortunately, I do not see your email coming through on our side. When did you send this email? To what email address did you send your email to?

The last email we have from you is August 27th, requesting a cancelation/refund.

Hi Matt, just checked my outbox, the mails dint go through due to some server issue. Sorry about that. But my account isnโ€™t working since I have enrolled for the pro membership.
