Hi all - old-school designer/developer here, jumping in with both feet into Relume - Figma - Webflow. Have launched two Webflow sites using Relume already so feeling pretty comfortable with those tools. Figma is new to my arsenal and feels like the most daunting of the learning curve rn. I have successfully imported my Relume wireframes into Figma and begun to design, but am encountering hurdles that I didnt anticipate, for example:
- I inserted the project’s logo file in the Page / Style Guide / Logos layer - but on the wireframe it only reflects this on the homepage (I don’t recall undoing the instance)
- I updated the heading font in the Style Guide / Typography layer for each Heading but it didnt reflect it in the Wireframe - I had to edit it in the Wireframe itself
Just checking if those things are normal. But more than anything if anyone knows of a resource that helps walk through this in detail, I would be very grateful to know about it.
