Migrating wireframes from relume to figma: components or one-by-one changes?

Hello guys, recently joined member) I just migrate wireframes from relume to figma but core elemets like navbar, footer are not components and I should to change them one by one. Is it correct or I did something wrong and they should be components. ?

We had to do this intentionally to support some new editing features. You can read more here:
