Does anybody know how to make the navbar transparent on the header, and then in color when you scroll down?

Did anybody had a problem with background colors in webflow? What I did is go to the styleguide in Webflow and then changed the colours of backgrounds. However, it did not apply on my page. Styleguide did not made it automatically.

Hey folks! I only have one question before starting to use relume and webflow. There are certain things I would like to change in the relume's wireframe (change positions of certain frames, delete certain things etc..) but relume doesn't allow that. Can we change those things in figma or webflow?
