Re: the point on occasionally seeing inconsistent casing and reverting back to the more generic OpenAI output, we have just released some changes yesterday which fixed this and you should now notice better and more consistent results.

We've fixed this as part of September release 🎉 so you can now use Shift + Enter to create newlines in section descriptions.
