Hi guys! Does anyone know how I might be able to reach the support team more directly? I've enquired to the support email a couple weeks ago but no response yet - understandably it is the holiday period so I understand it may be unattended. I've been unable to get access to my account with an active subscription that I need to access to finish a project.
