I am having a technical/billing issue. My dashboard was showing an active account, but I wasn't able to utilize the features that it said I had. Tried to cancel and re-enroll to see if that fixed the problem and now the price of the comparable plan has increased by nearly 50%? Emailed support yesterday with no reply yet, hoping someone can help out here...
