not much help i can be though... sounds like you'll need their engineers to dig into their database and see if they can pull out the right version
any unusual console logs in your relume site builder?
i would just try to log out everywhere, figma and relume, make sure figma is updated (if using desktop app), or try the desktop app for figma (that's where importing is working for me).

there's probably some bad bug in there 馃槥
but they pushed some new wireframe editing features recently
