Hey christopher T. - a couple thoughts. For the first site, for a freelancer, I'd probably be around $10k (roughly $1,500/page plus a bit for that hero animation) on the low end (this doesn't include whatever portal/member management is on the other side of the login). If you're an agency doing content strategy, custom design, copywriting, custom code/integrations, etc. this could easily be $20k-25k+ (again, not including the member portal).
The second site, maybe $500/page.
