I need help with billing! Where do I get immediate help? I鈥檓 super upset that I was charged $1296 on what was supposed to be a free trial set up with James last week. I didn鈥檛 even get a chance to try the product. What a bad taste in my mouth. The account I was looking at was like $36/mo what is this charge??!
