Manually adding a section to the home page in the primary sitemap

I have a Relume Site Builder question. If I manually add a section to the Home page in the Primary Sitemap, is there a way to tell Relume to generate a new page for that section in the Sitemap tree below the home page or do I have to create a new page myself (by duplicating and editing an existing page)? Thanks.
