Keeping the email input field and "Subscribe" button on the same line

At a glance

The community member is having trouble keeping the email input field and "Subscribe" button on the same line in an embeddable form from ConvertKit. They have tried wrapping the HTML Embed element in a Div and using flexbox, but haven't been able to figure it out. Another community member provided a video with CSS code to help, but the code didn't work with ConvertKit. The community members discussed trying to add the CSS code directly in ConvertKit's CSS editor, but it's unclear if that would work. There is no explicitly marked answer in the comments.

Useful resources

Can anyone please help me keep the email input field and "Subscribe" button on the same line? This is an embeddable form from ConvertKit, and I am not sure how to always keep them on the same line. I've already tried wrapping the HTML Embed element in a Div and using the flexbox, but I can't seem to figure this one out.

the CSS code that I show in my video is also above

Got it β€” ConvertKit also has an area for CSS code injection. Can I just put this code in their CSS editor, or would this need to be done in Webflow as you showed above?

if within webflow doesn't work yeah you could try that. That might be better overall too because then its traveling with the form - less dependencies or complexities to remember later if you move the location or something.

Gotcha. That code isn't working with ConvertKit for some reason. Let me reach out to them and see if they have any ideas. Thank you for your help!

Yeah it was a long shot. Also you might not need the <style> tags in their css code box.</p>
