I've Noted Anonymous Users in My Account

At a glance

The community member who posted the original post noticed anonymous users in their account for two days in a row, which they found a bit weird. In the comments, another community member, Matt Dove, suggests that the anonymous users can only view the sitemap/wireframes and not make any changes. They advise the original poster to check if they have generated and shared any links, or reached out to support recently. The community member also offers to investigate further if the original poster shares their Relume account email. Additionally, they suggest disabling read-only access as a way to keep things under wraps if the original poster is truly concerned.

Hey πŸ‘‹ I've noticed anonymous users in my account two days in a row. Which is a bit weird. Do I need to worry?

@Matt Dove generally I wouldn't necessarily be worried as an anonymous user can only read (view) your sitemap/wireframes. Have you generated any share links and passed them around at all? Have you reached out to support for any reason at all or? If you want to DM your Relume account email, I can do a little bit of digging on my end and if you are truly concerned, I can ask the team if they've accessed your account at all.

Aside from that, it would be shocking to me if bots or users were able to randomly access your project.

Oh, another tip - if you truly want to keep things under wraps, you could actually just disable read-only access. Under the share button, just toggle this to no access.
