Hi there. I'm having an issue with a Relume carousel component that I can't figure out. I've copied & pasted the carousel component from the relume website to the webflow editor and then styled it a bit and added in some placeholder images. In the editor view, the images on the edges of the carousel show up, but when I preview & also view the published site, those images on the edges are gone and just replaced with a gray fill. Any idea what I'm missing here? Thanks!
Just curious if you've had a chance to look at this? I've tried copying and pasting in a fresh new component and simply changing the images out and I'm getting the same result. When I'm in the webflow developer in editing mode it looks fine, but when I go to preview it the images that go off canvas are grayed out.
this is just an interaction on the slide that is turning the opacity of any image that is out of view, to 30%. You can modify this interaction by selecting one of the slides, going to interactions, scrolling to "Slide out of view" and select the [Slide Out] interaction. You can then modify the opacity there.
Maybe you can quickly answer one other issue I'm having. I'm wanting to specify an aspect ratio for the gallery images. I am specifying it on the gallery_image_wrapper. It's working on desktop, but as soon as I go down to tablet & mobile the size of the frame resizes correctly, but the images disappear. Any clue as to what is going on?
yeah for sure - on mobile this gallery is using the old ratio CSS hack using padding top. If you remove this CSS (option + click on the blue label) the images should show up again.
yeah you can just pop in the native lightbox element in Webflow, and then transfer the classes that exist already and it should "just work" haha. I've said that before though....
