@Tim Webber Okay apologies for the issues here Tim, I've sent this to engineering for more info.

Do you mind sharing the relume project URL?

@Tim Webber are you on a free or pro plan?

Sent you the link in DM @Matt

Hey, so this still doesn’t work. It gets stuck on a 5 page project every time. I had a call with your sales team, and they upgraded me temporarily to a team plan, same thing happens. I one time got an error telling me that I needed to upgrade to import more than 5 pages. But it can’t handle a 5 page project.

I think it’s possible related to the depth of the nav. It seems to break when it goes to a third level and tries to insert pages into a folder on webflow. So gonna try to go for a more linear nav to see if that works.

that failed also

@Tim Webber would you mind sharing a webflow read-only link?

also are you keeping the window active while its importing - meaning you are starring at the loading screen while it imports?

Naw the webflow read-only - under the share button top right

I looked at your relume project and didnt see anything out of the ordinary there.

This was the latest test, with the two level nav structure

Gosh, so frustrating how it works for some people and not for others...I duplicated your Relume project and was able to successfully import it just fine...
