Importing Relume Wireframes into Figma without Frames

At a glance

Hello Relume Team πŸ™‚ Is it normal that my relume Wireframe is imported into figma without frames? This makes prototyping impossible, unless I manually put every component onto a frame. Is there a more efficient way of doing this that I am not aware of? I tried searching for the issue/solution online but found nothing. Other than that, an amazing tool! Thx! πŸ™Œ

Hey ! It should be importing the entire wireframes all at once. Make sure that in the Figma plugin you're selecting the entire project.

We've actually created this full walkthrough to show you the power of Relume and how it integrates into other platforms. Hope you find this helpful!

I think the issue you are pointing out is actually super simple to resolve. We group the wireframes into two layers of groups before you get to the frames, but Figma prototype requires the frames to be the top-level. If you select all of the groups on the page (zoom way out) and then do shift + cmd + g - and do that shortcut twice, you'll essentially ungroup everything back to just being frames and then prototyping should work as expected.

I do believe in my walkthrough video above, I show you this technique as well.

The same sort of "bulk" editing can be applied to say naming all of the frames - if that is part of your process - you can select all the frames and do cmd + R to add the current name + anything after that.
