Image Shaking in Safari with Layout 354

Has anyone had issues with Layout 354 causing image shaking in Safari as you scroll? I tested the component on a blank site and it still caused the same issue. Does anyone have a fix for this one?

I solved the problem. Adding an image element on absolute as the background instead of apply an image into the section div element itself resolved it.
