@Jannine Krish will take a look

@Jannine Krish I've saved a new copy of the project to the team workspace it should have "Admin copy of" - I did a quick search to see if an about page existed and it did but this is the latest snapshot - so if its not 100% complete, then I'm not sure what would have happened here. Based on what I'm looking it it kind of feels like it was accidentally deleted.

Thank you, but can you go back to Wed, Feb 26 and revert to that option? The one you saved only shows this:

And this is the same one as in the current wireframes

I know I communicated to the designer that the "about us page" was complete on Feb 26. So that would have been the date I finished it.

@Jannine Krish okay, I've reverted to a week ago today

or I should say, saved a new version from a week ago

Hmm - this is so odd. Sorry to bother you again but it's still showing the old one. I wonder if you can try by a time? 11am ET on Feb 26? If not then maybe 10amET?

I'd make sure you've opened up the right project they are named the same which is not ideal

and I'm just going off server-side snapshots of the project - not sure what the logic is but its not that granular. The next snapshot created was a day earlier than that last one I saved.

yeah this is strange, figured out a way I can preview the snapshots and they are all the same....

do you happen to have any kind of screenshot or export or anything that can show some proof that it existed (not that I doubt you, I just want some evidence for engineering). If not, no worries. But obviously this is alarming and very confusing. I'll send this to engineering to see what may have caused this. However, I doubt we'd be able to recover anything at this point - we'd only be able to investigate what caused this to happen and try to prevent it from happening again. Very sorry for the inconvenience here.

Hmmm - yeah no screenshot as I never thought this would be an issue.

I only have some of the copy I drafted.

And the note that I emailed my designer saying it was complete

I noticed it has 2 menu bars which is odd.

It's super annoying as this page took me the longest. As I had interviewed our CEO to develop it.

@Jannine Krish the page looks to be under how it works in one of the snapshots I recovered.

is this the version you were missing? Looks like it got moved?

Yes!!! This is the one.

How do I copy and paste it to my current wireframes into the right section?

I would open up one of the versions I recovered in a new tab, and have your master file open as well and you should be able to just simply copy the sitemap page from the snapshot, into your master. It'll grab all of the wireframe data as well.
