Handling Class Conflicts When Copying Relume Components to Webflow

At a glance

A community member is experiencing an issue when copying Relume Components and pasting them into Webflow. The classes in Webflow are automatically adjusted, and new classes are created to avoid conflicts, as indicated by a Webflow notification. The same issue was noticed by another community member, Ran Segall, in the Webflow Masterclass. The problem occurs with all components, and the issue persists even when starting a new project with the Relume Style Sheet as a base. The community member finds it tedious to always change all the classes and is requesting feedback on this matter.

In the comments, other community members have responded, indicating that there were some colliding bugs both on the Webflow side and the Relume extension side. They suggest that the community member should make sure they are using the latest version of the Chrome extension and try again. If the issue persists, they are encouraged to let the community know.

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the Relume Components. When I copy them and paste them into Webflow, my classes in Webflow are always adjusted. Specifically, new classes are automatically created to avoid conflicts, as indicated by the Webflow notification (yellow popup in the upper right corner). I noticed the same issue with Ran Segall in the Webflow Masterclass.

The problem occurs with all components. I also started a new project with the Relume Style Sheet as a base, and there I encountered the same issue again. It's a bit tedious to always change all the classes. Therefore, I kindly request feedback on this matter.
