Getting Started with Relume: Navigating the Sitemap Dilemma

At a glance

The community member is a Relume newbie who has a question about building a sitemap. They generally prefer to do this manually, but are wondering if there are any potential issues with choosing manual over AI when developing the sitemap. They assume that developing the wireframe and exporting to Webflow should still work as expected.

In the comments, another community member suggests that except for the extra time it takes, there are no major differences between manual and AI-generated sitemaps. They tested adding sections one by one and describing them manually, and the wireframe understood and generated the content as expected.

Another community member agrees that manually structuring the sitemap takes them longer than trying to summarize it for the AI, but they think the AI functionality for placeholder content is a great idea.

#C055STHJCJ2 Hi there, Relume newbie here, really exciting project!
I have a question RE: building a sitemap. Generally I prefer to do this manually. Other than the extra time it takes, are there are any potential issues choosing manual over AI when developing the sitemap? I’m assuming developing the wireframe and exporting to Webflow should still work as expected..?

Except the “extra time”, I don’t think it changes a lot to the process after that.
I just tested to add sections one by one and even described them manually. The wireframe understood that and generated copy about that as quickly as usual. 😉

Ha, yeah maybe it’s just me but when it comes to structuring it takes me far longer trying to summarise a project for the AI than it does to just throw it together.

But the AI functionality for placeholder content is a great idea
